Currently the city is pursuing a comprehensive water improvement project to replace the deteriorated cast iron mains throughout our community, perform improvements at the wells, and replace the water meters in the system.
Water bills are usually mailed out on the last day of the month and are delinquent if not paid by the 20th. There are several ways you can pay. You can come to the office, drop it in the night drop, use online bill pay at http://www.fowlertix.com, or set up to have your payment automatically drafted from your account. Set it up and forget it! You will still get a card monthly showing you what the amount is, so you can budget for the draft. The ACH transactions happen between the 10th and 13th of the month depending on Holidays and weekends.
