The Recycle Center is located on Bell Street. This site is clean, well marked, and clearly lit even at night time! Acceptable items that can be dropped off include: plastic bottles, glass, cardboard, paper, and magazines. Please check with the recycle center for additional items they are accepting.

Meade County Kansas Disposal takes care of the waste management in Fowler.  Tuesday is trash day for the East side of Fowler and Friday is trash day for the West side of Fowler.  If you have any questions about the Trash schedules or Landfill hours, you may dial 620-873-8721.  

The Recycling Center in Fowler is well lit and continuous efforts are made for safety and cleanliness.  If you have any questions about our Recycling Center, you may call the City Hall at 620-646-5231.

Fowler also has an organic compost dumping site on the East side of Fowler.  Currently, it is open daily.   Please no bags, or solid man made items such as furniture, appliances, bicycles, auto parts, and etc.  This is is ONLY FOR ORGANIC MATTER SUCH AS TREE LIMBS, GRASS CLIPPINGS, AND LEAVES.
